From GA 400 north - Exit Haynes Bridge Road - Turn left from exit ramp. Stay on Haynes Bridge until it dead ends into Acadamy Street. You will need to turn left. (Stay all the way in the left turn lane - there are two.) Continue straight crossing over Main Street (Hwy 9-Alpharetta Hwy) Acadamy Street will change names to Mid Broadwell Road. Continue straight about 2 miles and you will pass through residential areas when you pass a residential street (Charlotte Drive) on your right - The Crabapple Tea Room will be on the right. Yellow house with white mail box.
From Crabapple Road - Cross over Houze Road (also called Arnold Mill or 140.) See BP gas station & Kroger on left. Continue straight on Crabapple Road. When you see the Shell gas station on the left, you will be at a traffic light (Birmingham Hwy to the left and Broadwell to the right) You must go completely UNDER the light and then make a sharp 45 degree right turn onto Mid Broadwell Road. The Tea Room will be on your left in about 100 feet
